🔵 Take a moment to reach out to a friend, family member, or coworker – send a text, email, or make a call – and ask them which one word they’d use to describe you. Then, take a moment to think of the word you’d use to describe yourself. Reflect on how these words align or differ.

- Rastrophiliopustrocity (n) – a barrage of creative thoughts that rather overwhelm the brain, eventually converging into action to bring them to life.
