Take a moment to….
🔴 … learn the Japanese idiom of Ouibatori (oh-buy-toe-ree) where we are reminded that we all bloom in our own time and the importance of not comparing yourself to others.
Take a moment to….
🟠 … think of five people in your life whom you hold dear. If they were flowers what kind would each of them be?
Take a moment to….
🟡 … take a blooming breath. Hold one hand out with your palm facing up and your fingertips together. Imagine your hand is now a flower. As you inhale slowly open your fingertip-petals open as wide as you can and feel your lungs fill with your breath. Hold for a moment. Now exhale as you slowly close your fingertip-flower. Repeat if needed and use anytime you need to find some calm.
Take a moment to….
🟢 … think of a flower (or plant) for each letter of your first name.
Take a moment to….
🔵 … learn about the beautiful ‘music’ that every flower (and plant) makes. There is a device called the 👉🏻 Plant Wave that literally translates the electrical changes of a plant into notes, by a process called data sonification.
Take a moment to….
🟣 … watch some 👉flowers blooming each in their own special way.
Take another deep breath. Hold it. Exhale. Smile. We can learn a lot from flowers. Each one so beautifully unique and blooming when they are ready. So be kind to yourself this week and focus on your own bloom, not that of others. Why? Because you’re bloomin’ lovely🌼
