🟣 … gain some emotional balance by applying gentle pressure to the 👉Sea of Tranquility acupressure point found approximately four finger widths above your sternum. Rub this point in a circular motion with your fingertips whilst taking some slow deep breaths for a few minutes.
Take another deep breath. Hold it. Exhale. Smile. Whilst life can throw us a bit off balance at times, be kind to yourself and acknowledge this week just how much you are constantly balancing without even realising it ⚖️💙⚖️
