Welcome to your ✨Monday Moment✨

Take a deep breath in. Hold it. Exhale.

Pick a colour 🔴 🟠 🟡 🟢 🔵 🟣

Find the moment below with that same colour, then go to the closing moment at the end.

Take a moment to….

🔴 ☁️ … close your eyes and recenter yourself with a few deep breaths as you listen to the ☁️Head In The Clouds☁️radio from Spotify.

Take a moment to….

🟠 ☁️ … learn about the 👉🏻three main types of clouds: stratus (the low blankety ones), cumulus (the cotton balls) and cirrus (the whispy-tail ones) and an additional type known as nimbus (the looming stormy rain-filled ones). They are basically classified by their height in the sky and appearance. These main types are then split into many variations resulting in a myriad of beautiful formations.

Take a moment to….

🟡 ☁️ … learn a new word: nefelibata (n.) a word said to be of Portuguese origin referring to a person who is a ‘cloud walker’, someone who lives in their imagination and daydreams. The type of person that isn’t confined to the ‘boxes’ of society and lives their life true to themselves.

Take a moment to….

🟢 ☁️ … close your eyes with your hands out in front of you, palms facing up. Take a deep breath in, hold it, and let it out as you imagine a cloud slowly descending into your hands. What does it feel like? Is it cold or warm? Heavy or light? As you take another breath in visualise it rising and descending again as you exhale. Do this any time you need a moment away from it all.

Take a moment to….

🔵 ☁️ … think of some cloud-like foods. What are the first things to come to mind? Have you tried making ☁️cloud bread☁️?

Take a moment to….

🟣 ☁️ … fly through the clouds and get away from it all for a minute.

Take another deep breath. Hold it. Exhale. Smile. A lovely thing about clouds is that they are always moving, always changing. Even the heaviest, darkest, most intimidating clouds eventually move on to make way for clear skies again. So no matter what this week brings, look up and visualise it all as clouds in the sky that you know will move on in time ☁️💙☁️
