Take a deep breath in. Hold it. Exhale.
Pick a colour 🔴 🟠 🟡 🟢 🔵 🟣
Find the moment below with that same colour, then go to the closing moment at the end.
Take a moment to….
🔴 … learn about your possible love language. Choose from a fun and quick quiz or a more in depth quiz
Take a moment to….
🟠 … think about three people whom you love. What is it about them that you love? If you were to think of a song that reminds you of each of them which one would it be?
Take a moment to….
🟡 … learn about the 👉different types of love (click link for more info) in our life

Take a moment to….
🟢 … think about what food you would make or buy for someone whom you love. If your partner or best friend was having a tough time and you wanted to cheer them up and remind them that they are loved, what would you give them to eat?
Take a moment to….
🔵 … learn the 👉history behind why red roses are often associated with love. In Greek and Roman mythology many gods are associated with flowers and plants. Guess which one is connected to the Goddesses of Love, Aphrodite (Greek)and Venus (Roman)?🌹 The story tells of the respective goddesses running to warn their love of an impending doom and pricking her feet and ankles on sharp white rose thorns and her blood changing the rose colour. Not the happiest of tales but perhaps a metaphor for the things we would go through for the ones we love.
Take a moment to….
🟣 … think about yourself. Tough though it may be for some of us, think about what you love most about yourself. Think of one physical attribute and one characteristic. And what do you think your loved ones love most about you?
Take another deep breath. Hold it. Exhale. Smile. You are loved – by so many more than you probably realise or choose to acknowledge. Take time this week to show some love and appreciation to yourself and to those around you. We all need it ♥️
