Take a deep breath in. Hold it. Exhale.

🔴 Take a moment to discover ‘Oumuamua, the first known interstellar visitor ever observed to have passed through our solar system. Spotted in 2017 by the Pan-STARRS team in Hawaii, its name means “a messenger from afar arriving first” in Hawaiian – a perfect name for such a mysterious traveler from beyond our cosmic neighborhood. It’s unique shape and size, its erratic tumbling action and hyperbolic trajectory has remained a space-mystery ever since.

🟠 Take a moment to think of your favourite song and/or film about space.

🟡 Take a moment to create some space with your breath. Relax your shoulders. Gently lift your chin. Let your tongue relax away from the roof of your mouth. Take a slow, deep breath in creating space within you. Feel your chest and lungs expand, stretching a little further, opening up to make room. Exhale slowly, releasing any tension, settling into that space you’ve just created. Inhale again allowing that space to widen, to open and grow. Exhale and feel a sense of calm fill the space you’ve made within yourself. Stay here for a moment. Breathing in space. Breathing out ease. Repeat as needed.

🟢 Take a moment to contemplate this quote by life coach Nancy Levin, “Honour the space between no longer and not yet.” What do you think she meant and what does it mean to you?

🔵 Take a moment to look at the space around you. How would you describe it? How does it make you feel? Where is your favourite place to be when you need some space?

🟣 Take a moment to contemplate who you would want to go into space with for a ten day mission: a complete stranger or someone you know and why. Where would you want the mission to go?

A closing moment to take another deep breath together. Hold it, feel it, and gently exhale. Space is the vast unknown beyond our world but it is also the space we create within ourselves. The pause. The breath. The room to grow. As you step into your week, claim your space. Make room for new ideas, deeper breaths, and bold discoveries. Let it be a space where possibility begins. Now get out there, space warrior, the world is waiting for you 🧑‍🚀
