🟣 Take a moment to ponder how many times you think a piece of paper can be folded in half. Now grab a piece of paper and take a moment to look at it, has your guess changed? Now slowly begin fold it in half as many times as you can. Every time you put two edges together, breathe in and every time you run your finger down the folded edge, exhale. Do this when you feel a little overwhelmed and need a moment to be present.
Take another deep breath. Hold it. Exhale and smile. You’ve made it to halfway through the calendar year. It will have brought its victories and challenges and guess what, you have got through them all. So be kind to yourself and make the second half of the year the best one yet!
