🟣 … put your hands together, palms up as if you are holding something. Take a deep breath in and as you do say to yourself “my life’s gifts”. As you slowly exhale, blow the breath into your hands and imagine a small cloud appearing in your hands. Take another breath in and say again “my life’s gifts”. As you exhale blow into the cloud all that you consider a gift in your life. Repeat as necessary and fill it with as many things as you can. Do this anytime you are feeling overwhelmed by life.
Take another deep breath. Hold it. Exhale. Smile. Life’s gifts are not things, they cannot be wrapped in paper and tied with a bow but the joy they bring can last a lifetime. Take time this week to think of all the gifts in your life. And then take a few more minutes to remind yourself that YOU are a gift in others’ lives too. It’s true 🎁💙
